Families must provide second swimmer in order for us to create the semi-private class. Julia has been doing an outstanding job with my 3 year old granddaughter. She has been prompt and on time and I am so glad we found her.
Our Sunsational OC instructors focus on teaching beginning swimmers how to avoid a fall into the water, and how to turn around and reach the wall if they do wind up in the pool. Our Redeemer is pleased to offer swim lessons in our heated pool. Our staff is fully trained & certified water safety instructors. I've taught anywhere from little babies to aged 67! I went to the University of Redlands and earned a degree in Business Administration while completing 4 years as an interscholastic athlete on the Women's Swimming and Diving team. I enjoy teaching swimming lessons because it helps keep me active and allows me to be outside in this beautiful Southern California sunshine. The addition of swim aids is novel and interesting, and is a fun addition to regular swimming drills. If you have 2 students in a class, we recommend going with either the 45 minute or 1 hour class. We break down group classes into 1 on 1 increments so that this way each student will have undivided attention with the instructor.

My sons instructors are very patient with him (he is 3 and tends to goof around with his “friends” in class) and they do a great job of reigning him in and keeping him on track. The facility is amazing and I love that the pool is surrounded by glass so you don’t have to constantly keep your child away from the edge of the pool while you wait for your lesson to start.
